Is shipping really free??
Yepper!! I can only offer free shipping within the US, though. Shipping internationally will be billed separately after your order is confirmed
What is a good all around sack?
For most, a Bar Sack and/or a Snack Sack will be the most versatile. Both offer an exceptional amount of volume and make it very easy to access the contents. They can also be easily moved from bike to bike. After that, a Frame Sack is an excellent choice for your steed.
Do you recommend a rack for any of your sacks?
Everything I make will work a with rack, if adequate tire clearance is available. For more stability and/or for bigger front bags, I highly recommend The Twisted T Bar, made right here in RVA.
I have seen other bags in your photos but do not see them listed on your site.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the custom process, all custom orders are considered final upon purchase. Unused, in stock products may be retured for a 20% restocking fee within 10 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to me.
What if there's an issue with my Jack's Sacks product?
I use materials and processes, proven after years of research, to create high quality products. However, I am human and mistakes happen. If you have a manufacturing defect, reach out to me and I'll make it right. If it becomes damaged and needs repair, please send some pictures and I'll let you know what I can do.
Do you repair/modify other brand's gear?
The short answer is yes. While I highly recommend giving the original manufacturer a chance to make right, I do understand circumstances may not allow and/or make it easier to have someone else do the repair. Send me a message and a couple pictures and I'll provide you a quote.
What is the difference between your sacks and other bags on the market?
All Jack's Sacks are certified Bum Trail Optimized by the Board of Amigos. This is the most comprehensive testing currently available.
